Room 101 Red Rocket Cigar Review Live | iROBUSTO Meet in The Middle | @LeeMack912. Room101 has teamed up with the retailer Sir Louis Cigars for its newest project, called Red Rocket.

The cigar is a 6 x 52 toro that uses a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over an Indonesian binder and a filler that contains tobacco from the USA, Nicaragua and the Dominican Republic. The cigar is “an earthy and girthy smoke offering deep bass notes with balance and sophistication,” said Matt Booth of Room101 via a press release. “There’s a decent nicotine kick without being harsh or frontally aggressive. And it’s clean on the finish.”

The cigars are produced by Tabacalera William Ventura in the Dominican Republic and distributed by Forged Cigar Co. to retailers nationwide, including Sir Louis Cigars in Wilbraham, Mass., which will carry them both in-store and via its online store. Production numbers are not being disclosed but referred to as “intimate quantities” by Booth.

“This collaboration represents a convergence of weirdness…our unique approach to retail and the premium cigar lifestyle fits perfectly into the Room101 ethos,” said Hunter Marosits, proprietor of Sir Louis Cigars, via a press release. “We are the freaks of the industry. This blend and packaging showcase our mission of total inclusion for all cigar enthusiasts worldwide.”

““Hunter and Matt at Sir Louis Cigars embody the very essence of brand partner that we work best with,” Booth said. “They have always afforded our brand the highest levels of attention and I felt they would be a great place to delve further into partnership by taking things to the collaborative/co-branded stage of the relationship.”

The boxes feature original artwork by Richard “Dog” Diaz of Subculture Studios, which displays “the rugged, robust and rustic of Estelí,” according to a press release.
