Ernesto Perez Carrillo has more experience in the cigar world than most with a 50 year career building powerful cigar brands. Now he's dominating again with his own brand. Today, I'm reviewing the Encore, which Topped out the Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 list. But it's been a few years since this cigar hit the chart.
