I gotta be honest, cigars are not good for you. Like lots of things in our world today, they come with a health risk that each adult has to consider for themselves. And when it comes to the topic of cigars and fitness, there are not a lot of studies to look toward. Nonetheless, this question did come up recently and this is one topic that I have invested a lot of time and attention to.

I don't have any conclusive facts to give you, and this video is NOT medical advice. But I can share my experience with you. As someone who loves both cigars and physical fitness, this is my experience.
