Wise Blood | #LeeMack912 Cigar Reviews (S10 E06). According to halfwheel.com, ATL Cigar Co.'s Wise Blood is a new four-size line of cigars. The cigars are made with an Ecuadorian habano rosado wrapper, an Ecuadorian Connecticut binder, and fillers from Nicaragua. ATL Cigar Co. calls the Wise Blood a mild-to-medium-bodied cigar with notes of sweet almond and lemon zest.
The Wise Blood line is produced at Luciano Cigars' factory in Nicaragua, in partnership with Master Blender Luciano Meirelles. The line is named after a novel by Georgia native Flannery O'Connor that explores a man's search for truth.
