Fired up the Traeger to smoke some tasty sliders this afternoon, figured I'd have some time to give this "Firecracker" a try. A 💈 little guy (Dominican Candela & Mexican San Andreas) with a little extra cap, twisted into a fuse (removed before lighting...didn't want to take any chances, but was tempted to light the wrong end for whatever reason). A hold over release from St. Patty's day, figured it'd go well with a little Irish coffee (we're out of Guinness overseas here, ugh!). There's definitely a little spice to this one but also a smooth creaminess that's light on the front. Not bad for a quick smoke before a late lunch.
