Got a box of these for my girlfriend who likes a lighter cigar. Im usually a big Rocky Patel fan but this one really doesn’t stand out too much. It’s got a nice mild taste with mostly a wood character with slight nutty aromas. Smoke is nice and creamy and the draw is great as it was with the last one of these I had. The second third transitioned to a pleasant pistachio/pecan mix with the wood still in main role. For the most part I didn’t see much flavor evolution throughout the cigar. It was a nice smoke but not quite my taste. I would have liked a little more “zip” in this.
I did pull this from my 63% RH humidor so I’m playing with some factors I am not experienced with. I’ll revisit this stick with a few changes to humidity and see how it changes.
Oh the ash did whiten quite a bit towards the end but I liked this picture better.
