This cigar started out with a short blast of white pepper. The pepper settled very quickly and was joined by notes coffee bean, cedar, and anise. The earth notes became the primary note with the coffee bean, cedar, anise, and white pepper settling in the background. There was a creamy texture also present in the forefront.
This was a cigar that had a salt and pepper colored ash. The ash was relatively firm. As for the burn rate and burn temperature, both were ideal. This cigar is low maintenance cigar to derive flavor from.
The cigar provided a medium strength, medium-bodied smoking experience from start to finish.
Excellent to pairing with a nice run as Diplomatico Run.
