As the snow melts, smoke fills the air...

I'm glad we're moving away from the frigid temps and I can enjoy my little hobby again.

This Alex Bradley Project 40 Robusto was an enjoyable smoke. The construction was good and the Robusto size was just the right amount of time for the afternoon. The profile was medium and the flavors (for me) bounced across a nutty profile, changing throughout.

I liked this and will smoke it again.
