In addition to needing the right moisture in your humidor, you can also try leaving the band on the cigar until the burn is only about a half inch away.

Once you get the humidity issue stabilized, rotate your sticks once a month to reposition them in relation to the humidity source.

Thanks guys I think that was the problem I got a new hygrometer so I could track it all day and between the humidity and temp changes I think that's what caused it thanks again

I would start by checking the humidity level in your humidor

Yes my first thought on your comment was lack of humidity in the cigar itself
My cigars dependent upon brand run between 68 and 70 percent and I never get delam with any of them if kept in that range
