Burn time for cigars

What are the charts that give an estimated time. For how long it should take you to smoke a cigar. Based off of, is foot to head, Or foot to mid point, or foot to label?

    In the chart shown in the Holt's article, for example, it lists the burn time of a robusto to be 45 minutes. Not for me. I often get an hour and 45 minutes out of a robusto. Short puffs every 45 (gee, the number '45' seems to be a magic number here 🤣) seconds or so keeps the cigar lit, with short "sipping" puffs providing the most flavorful smoke, IMO. YMMV
