Montecristo No. 2
This was the second Cuban cigar I purchased when I was in Bermuda. I had this at the top of my list because of the iconic history behind it. I know other cigars from Partagas, RyJ, Cohiba, H. Upmann have been getting ranked on the lists over the past years but this was the one I wanted. I smoked a Cuban Hoyo earlier and was kind of underwhelmed so my expectations were tempered.
The $35 price point is frustrating but this was ... an experience.
I appreciated every moment and to describe the experience in one word: smooth
A+ and I would buy it again, regardless of the price.
Smooth.
