What do you want?

I just recently started working part time at our local lounge. What do you all want out of a lounge employee? I’m quickly noticing that everyone is different in how much they want to interact or be helped in the humidor. Any suggestions, give em to me.

    Congrats on the new gig. I've never been to a cigar lounge, but my preference would be similar to that concerning other service employees: be welcoming, be there if needed, but don't bug me. 😊
