Smoked: Oliva Connecticut Reserve

This beautifuly constructed Connie is as good as it looks. Double Toro at 6X60 with Connecticut Shade wrapper from Ecuador and Nicaraguan binder and filler. Smooth draw after my V cut and smoke production was copious. Creamy and buttery notes with a faint white pepper spice. I enjoyed this stick very much.

    Very nice. It sounds similar to a CT (different maker) that I had recently -- post coming soon. As someone who leans toward Maduro and more "powerful" sticks, I'm finding that sometimes a "Connie" is quite a welcome change.
