Ramon Allones by AJ Fernandez

Ramon Alones by AJ Fernandez is a full bodied Nicaraguan flavor bomb with a toothy, somewhat oily, gritty habano oscuro wrapper.

The cigar hits you immediately with wood, pepper, earth, coffee, and a creamy sweetness. The wood notes transition quickly from oak and cedar to pure cedar, which along with pepper and spice dominate the flavors for the remainder of the smoke. It’s balanced and complex with notes of nuts, vanilla, something akin to caramel or toffee, and cocoa joining the chorus about 5 minutes in.

The construction is outstanding – perfect draw, a thick volume of smoke and tight grey ash that never dropped and rolled off effortlessly.

This is a terrific cigar. AJ does it again!
