I've become a huge fan of Illusione cigars over the past two years or so.
This particular blend is more complex than I'd expected - not my first time, but it gets me every time lol.
There's an easy start to this one, hints of woody spiciness that is quickly replaced by an Amaretto/licorice flavor that has a strong presence in the 2nd ⅓ of it.
The construction is near perfect, which is surprising to me on a box pressed cigar:
Not loose, not tight, perfect burn and ash with no flaking.
As the last third (foot?) begins, the licorice tones down and is replaced by a peppery mocha that is very satisfying to the palate.
While I prefer some of their other blends over this particular one from Illusione (eg Empernay, MJ12, Original Documents), when I buy a sampler to switch things up, they almost always include this one and I'm aways glad for it and the variety it brings me.
(Yes, I do much of my best herfing at work, driving a concrete mixer in New York City)
