Finally, a beautiful Friday night with no rain. Getting ready for a neighborhood barbecue contest this weekend. Enjoying the prep time of brisket and ribs with a great H. Upmann Perlado. I’ve been aging this one for over a year. Creamy, smooth and flavorful.
