(5 years ago)Unfortunately the walled gardens don't allow apps about tobacco but you can definitely save the website as a PWA.
Checkout @KnightHawk's post for adding it to your home screen on iOS.

If on Android - Chrome will auto ask you to 'Add to Home Screen'.
