This full-flavored beauty wasn't hiding anything. The flavors were there, the construction was A+ and the depth was fantastic. I wasn't sure what to expect having just smoked the Inspirado White and was underwhelmed. This cigar is a complete 180 turn from the White. The deeper, darker notes of leather, wood and some spice with a just a hint of something underneath that add a sweet(ish) kind of note.
For anyone looking for a full-flavored profile cigar: try this Inspirado Red.
The ash fell off in one inch nuggets of white grayish nothingness and the cigar was a consistent smoke to the end.
Color me surprised and satisfied. Color me Red.
This is the third cigar I smoked of the Inspirado line. I put the Brazilian Shade slightly ahead of this Red because it was harder to find but whereas the Brazilian was creamy and nutty, this Red was the opposite deeper beast of goodness. The rest I have lined up (Orange, Black and Green) are TBD.
