Macanudo is slowly becoming one of my top three favorite cigar brands. I had the good fortune to try one of the newer cigars, the Macanudo M Espresso. Immediately I noticed the stunning look, with the barber pole wrapper (a light natural Indonesian leaf combined with a darker maduro). The smell of the wrapper was a deep chocolate smell. I wasn't sure if it was going to be overpowering, but once lit, I quickly found out it was not. The cigar had a nice, tight draw and would classify it as a Medium plus strength. Overall it was a great smoke, that wasn't too sweet, but was just right. I will be looking foward to my next Macanudo M Espresso.

(3 years ago)Sounds like a winner! I've been wanting to try this since it was released, but I always seem to get to the local B&M just as the owner says, "I just sold my last one!"
Have you ever tried the Macanudo M Bourbon? Fell in love w/ that before I finished the 2/3 of the first one I ever had. Another winner!
Stay smokey,BOTL
