'Hey Pot' - 'Hey Kettle'

Another entry in my exploration of the Inspirado line.

I said it before and I will say it again. I appreciate the diversity along the Inspirado colors. They each bring something different to their cigar lines and it's been fun comparing them. I got all of my sticks at a Cigar World event where the rep was explaining the profiles, flavors and nuances of each. So I did what any cigar smoker should do in that situation; I grabbed one of each.

This Black was a medium profile cigar and may look like it packs a punch but was pretty subtle in the kick-you-in-the-teeth moments. I pulled more toasty cedar than anything else.

I did have a draw issue that was annoying but was able to work through.

I think the visual component of these dark wrapper cigars is exemplified when they transition from cigar to ash. That black and white/gray contrast is pretty neat.

Below are my rankings of the Inspirado cigars I have smoked so far. I only have the Orange left in my humidor so I am curious where that will land:

Brazilian Shade 2. Red 3. Green 4. Black 5. White
