(4 days ago)I have a 350 count electric humidor similar to the ones posted above. It works well. It maintains the humidity and temperature consistently and adjusts to changes within a few days of implementing them. However, since I began acquiring more cigars than I've had places to put them, I've switched to using tupperdores. Very inexpensive and perfectly effective. After years of making the switch, I now have over 50 tupperdores in the 12qt capacity. You can imagine the dollar amount of savings. They are stackable and convenient. I do not use anything other than hydration packs similar to the ones made by Boveda. I use 60 gram, 69% RH packs but a lot of people prefer using 65% RH. Point being, if you don't smoke many cigars then an electric humidor like the one above will likely suit your needs. If you smoke 4-6 cigars per day like I do, I recommend stocking up on tupperdores. I use Sterilites and Sistemas. Other people have found excellent ones at Costco or other big box stores.
