For a single serving, you’ll need:

• One mixing glass
• One bar spoon 
• Ice
• 1 tsp sugar
• 3 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp water
• 2 oz. bourbon 
• Garnish: orange twist

Instructions:

1. Mix the sugar, bitters, and water in a rocks glass until the sugar is dissolved
2. Fill the glass with ice, add the bourbon, and stir
