Out the wrapper, the aroma of the unlit stick is smoky like perique, but the smoke is mellower than expected, verging on sweet. Slightly floral, a touch meaty, and earthy like fertile soil after a rainstorm.

The wrapper leaves are beautiful, with a darker leaf from the band to the butt.

Good ash, but the burn could be sharper and straighter. It does even itself out.

I wanted a bit more smoke from this stick.
