Cigar Reviewed: Oliva Serie V

Solid construction. Made entirely with extra fermented ligero leaf. Wrapper is supple and a touch oily. First notes are of leather and a touch of pepper in the back of the throat. Cigar is not mellow bodied but very smooth. Nice easy draw with lots of creamy smoke. By the start of the 2nd third, the strength of the cigar starts to show and the flavor starts to get some oak, earthiness and sweetness like cocoa. Still has some spice that's moved more towards the front of the palate. Very nice stick overall.
