Cigar Reviewed: Nub by Oliva Maduro

The is my new favorite cigar. The build quality is beautiful and solid. The aroma and cold draw had a leathery oakiness with hints of sage and almonds.

Upon lighting the complexity of this incredible cigar livens up. It has a wet leather chocolate oakiness with hints of honey and basil. The last third becomes even more incredible. The spiciness builds and the flavors become very rich. It is a very cool slow burn that I feel enhances all the differing flavors with a cinnamon spice that lingers as I almost burn my fingers because I did not want it to end- looking for other comparable cigars…any recommendations?

I also paired it with an incredible Reposado tequila Cazcannes- amazing and only added to the flavor profiles.
