Cigar Reviewed: Macanudo Emissary España

Excellent cigar, literally perfect with the exception of a large stem. Near perfect draw, excellent burn and the epitome of medium/full flavor.

This puppy opened up with literally a shit ton of cappuccino, creamy blanched almond and an enormous amount of toasted coconut. If the cigar stays this good all the way through, this may just earn a permanent home in my humie.

The retro on the 1st 3rd consist of finely, finely ground white pepper, thick 1st cold pressed olive oil of the fruitiest variety, and oven roasted sweet red bell pepper.

I intended to smoke this one fast but it's so good, I'm not going to. I mean this cigar is really, really good. It's almost perfect.

I'm edging into the 2nd 3rd now, the cappuccino explodes into exceptionally creamy Mexican hot chocolate, spiced perfectly with the most exquisite spices, the blanched almonds become toasted, and milk chocolate smores over an oak campfire show up out of nowhere. This cigar is an elaboration of the chewy, chocolatey, decadent goodness that is a good old fashioned s'more, complete with a hint of cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla that comes from the choiciest of Graham crackers.

I usually prefer a spicy retro, this one truly surprised me in the 2nd 3rd, half way through

The stick and it became smooth, even more even more creamy, and ridiculously satisfying.

I legitimately cannot think of a time in the recent history when I've been more satisfied with ANYTHING from a flavor, and scent perspective. The emissary checks all of the boxes, then stamps it with a custom red wax seal.

I the final third of the cigar, right near the band; this stick performs an expert level metamoran fusion. Everything I liked from the opening 3rd,and the 2nd 3rd combine into a being of sincere perfection. For DBZ fans, imagine absolutely nailing that fusion dance on the first try, it's not anorexically skinny, not grotesquely obese. Just absolutely smashes it on the first try.

After finishing this one, literally all I want is to smoke another one, I'd definitely buy it again, hell I want to buy an entire box. I need a bigger humidor. Do yourself a favor and cop one of these lip smackingly good cigars. I highly, highly, doubt it's even possible for you to be disappointed.
