Cold Draw

-Sweet cedar

-Hint of pepper

1st Third

-Earthy

-Pepper

-None of the sweet cedar from the cold draw

2nd Third

-Slight hint of cocoa

-Still very peppery

-Picking up some hints of spice

Final Third

-Cocoa getting stronger

-Pepper still present

-Finished with Pepper, Spice, and sweet cocoa

Even burn throughout the entire smoke. Good flavor that transitioned during each third. Medium to full body with pepper from beginning to end.

Overall great smoke. Will definitely smoke again!
