Complex notes of oak and cedar along with leather and a natural sweet and spicy combination almost like a nutmeg or baking spice. Natural sweet finish. Pairs well with Balvenie 14 yr Caribbean Cask. Seems to make the baking spice elevate to candied cashews somewhat dancing on the tongue. Solid flavor and complex pairing indeed
