Smoked: Guardian of the Farm Rambo

Smoked at: West Chester, Ohio

Guardian of the Farm Rambo is essentially a short corona enveloped in a corojo wrapper.

Flavor profile: sweet, somewhere between graham crackers and cinnamon, mild pepper, a touch of peanuts and almonds, earthy, cedar. Other than the sweetness and earthiness, the flavors are mostly faint - not much going on here.

Needed the cigar tool to open up the draw. Other than that, the construction was fine. Cold draw, decent smoke output, no wrapper or cap issues and a fairly even burn line.

The Guardian of the Farm Rambo is a very basic, average cigar. I seem to be on a roll with average cigars. Now I know how an athlete on a team that goes 5 and 5 on a 10 game stretch must feel. That’s fine. We all live for those Oh Wow cigars and I’m sure there’s another one of those waiting in the wings. The exploration, the adventure continues. Patience and persistence are always rewarded.
