I truly believe we are in the middle of a cigar golden age. The sheer amount of great cigars throughout the spectrum is unprecedented. I started enjoying cigars rright before the cigar boom of the 90's and this era is full of superior cigars from many companies. This La Palina Red Label Toro is a perfect example. It is a 6X50 Toro with a Habano wrapper from Ecuador, binder from Ecuador and filler from Nicaragua and Dominican Republic. Caramel and cedar are the main notes on the medium strenght cigar. Flawless construction and combustion. It was an enjoyable experience.. ..
