The Charter Oak Connecticut Shade is a cigar by Foundation. With a Connecticut Shade wrapper and fillers from the Jalapa and Esteli region of Nicaragua . With a closed foot the notes of creamy , nutty and pepper come out . Excellent construction and a great burn . For the price this is a very enjoyable cigar !
