Cigar Reviewed: Montecristo Epic

This Epic Robusto Corojo is an interesting smoke. (This is not the Montecristo Epic). The cold draw was a bit tight with flavors of sweet tobacco and earth. I used a draw enhancer and lit it up. I began to get coffee, chocolate, sweet red pepper, and some herbal notes that reminded me of cilantro. The cigar burned fairly evenly and produced tons of satisfying smoke. Toward the end, I began to get occasional notes of mint. All in all, it is a very satisfying cigar. It was a promotion cigar. I was given an assortment of Epic Cigar Company cigars to try, and although this is not my favorite of the bunch, it is by far the most interesting.
