Smoked: A. Fuente Hemingway Best Seller

Considering all the hype surrounding this cigar, and after smoking four of them, I’m scratching my head wondering “why all the raves?” Minimal (rather bland) flavors seem to be trying to emerge into something more, but never quite make it. Construction, though, is excellent, with a perfect burn and draw. Those attributes aside, it frankly tastes more like a bargain $1.75 stick than a highly coveted Fuente. Meh.

I guess I’ll remove their cellophane sleeves and put them in a humidor to sit for 6 months or more. I hope they’ll improve. I’ll let you all know.

Disappointed v2
