Goodness gracious!!! Absolutely cannot wait to see what 3 or 4 months humi time does to this stick. Flavors abound..1st third: White pepper, Earth, creaminess galore, 2nd third: dark chocolate, toasted sesame, bread (toast). Finish: pepper sticks around all be it mild, citrus notes, black tea( like un-brewed Earl Gray) caramel underneath…. 😛
