Rocky Patel vintage 1999 Connecticut is an excellent stick. Connecticut shade wrapper, but with teeth. Connecticut shade wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and Dominican and Nicaraguan filler. I found flavor profile to be a solid medium with spice to go along with some cedar and creamy buttery notes. Overall great cigar.
