Smoked: Camacho Criollo

Our 17-year-old cat has been quite ill and wasn’t eating well, so we took her to the Vet on Thursday. He found a portion of her gums was inflamed due to gingivitis. So, he administered an antibiotic and gave her a topical treatment for pain. Due to her age, he felt an ultrasound would be a wise idea, and testing her blood would tell us more about her overall condition. Both the ultrasound and blood test showed good results overall. YAY PATCHES! 🎈🎉😊

That called for one of my Special Occasion cigars. IMO, this is/was, by far, the best Camacho made since Davidoff purchased the company in 2008. With its Criollo wrapper, Criollo binder, and Criollo and Piloto Cubano filler, luscious notes of sweet leather, earth, baking spices, with hints of bread bathe the palate throughout its excellent draw/burn that provides abundant smoke production. Simply delicious in the 6 1/8 x 42/54 Figurado vitola, it’s a full-bodied, medium-strength delight to smoke. Please bring it back, Camacho! Please? 🙏
